Going crazy

Had mirena removed in March. Had first period 8wks later. Then every 28 days after. I'm now on 30 dpo= 2wks late for period. My boobs feel fuller, have nausea and vomiting, abdominal cramps, fatigue. Feel sick with certain smells and crabbit but keep getting a bfn

I went last week and dipstick was negative. I'm going back next week to see if she will do blood test. Its really annoying now as being sick every morning and can't lye on my stomach. Just wish I wld get a bfp or af
