Pull out...kinda

This is gonna sound kinda strange. My fiancé and I are planning on trying in December. I went off of BC last month to get a feel of what my cycles are like since it’s been so long. He failed to pull out 3 and 5 days before ovulation. He pulled out but then put it back in seconds lasted the day of O. He’s intact so a lot of his, ya know, stays pooled around the head. Would you log that as BD? Since some did get inside me? Or not since he didn’t fully finish in me? I logged it in the photo for reference. We will be thrilled either way, just curios what people think the chances are/what you would consider that whole situation. TIA for any insight/thoughts (:
