Pain in lower back and now left hip

Sunday I woke up with a slight pain in my lower back by my tailbone area. By the end of the night i could barely stand up. I figured it was a pinched nerve from sleeping wrong. This is now day 3 and the pain is still in my back but is radiating to my outer left hip. I know it's way too early for any symptoms to appear but I'm hoping this is a good sign. This will be my 2nd pregnancy if I am pregnant. I have 2 weeks left to wait and see. Crossing my fingers that this will be the time! I have read that symptoms start earlier for 2nd pregnancy and its normally the usual symptoms. Would love to hear about 2nd pregnancy symptoms and when they started for you. Need something to pass the time until I can test.
