Possible miscarriage?

I have been nauseous for the past 2 weeks and just randomly last night and this morning I’ve had no nausea, I’m no longer having food cravings my breasts don’t feel as tender and I’m really worried as I have never experienced this in my previous pregnancies

How far along are you? Have any of your symptoms returned? If you’re worried, call your doctor or midwife. They’ll likely tell you to get a blood test to check Beta. Hope everything goes ok!
