Serious question

Doctor had called me this morning from my blood work yesterday and said my hcg level is a single digit, he didn’t exactly tell me what it was at I am 3 weeks pregnant.. has anyone else ever had very low hcg This early??

Your hcg always starts out low since it has to come up from zero. What's important is the doubling time. Your level should double every 48-72 hours.

As long as it doubles, don’t worry about the numbers too much. What was your progesterone level?

Positive pregnancy is 5 or more, so if you are 3 weeks that puts you right after implantation. So like kait said, hcg starts at 0 and goes up. Doubling is all that matters. Did your dr schedule for more labs?
