possible PCOS or pregnancy?

Hi all,
It's been quite a while since I've been on here. Everything is so different! Anyways, I was wondering if anyone who has PCOS could help me figure out if I've got it or pregnant.
I havent been tracking anything because we're not TTC. But, I dont remember having EWCM this cycle. We BD'd only once and used a condom. However, it was left out for a day because well, kids. So we used it the next day. I now my husband remember any leaking so I feel like the likelihood of me being pregnant is slim.
I was due for AF July 7th but it never came. I started testing when I was 4 days late and now at 8 days late am still receiving negative tests.
I have T2 diabetes and have been having a lot of PCOS symptoms lately. major hair loss, hair growth on chin/neck, depression/anxiety, and now this MIA period. I have always had regular periods around 24-26 days. Only time I've been late is when pregnant.
I guess I just dont know what to think. I'm calling the doctor tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone who's had PCOS can relate. I feel like I'm losing my mind and my body is broken.
