11 dpo bfn, 12dpo implantation bleeding?

I’ve had no symptoms, but, of course, pos at 11dpo. I’m 12dpo today and had some red, stringy blood one time with wiping. Could this be implantation bleeding? I bought three more tests... I usually start my cycle at what would be 15dpo. So luteal phase is 14days.
