Cervical position

Hi everyone! Never done a post before so here it goes. I'm convinced I conceived this cycle. I took a pregnancy test earlier this afternoon and it was pretty clearly negative and then took another a couple hours later and got a questionable faint line. Could be an indent not sure. I saw the line within the 10 minute window. My cervix is super high and soft. I'm not very confident checking my cervix however this is different than any other month for me. How was everyone's cervix shortly before they got their ? I only track ovulation through apps so according to my apps I'm somewhere between 6 and 9 dpo. Any help is quite appreciated
