Measuring behind and small

Went for an early ultrasound due to recurrent miscarriage at 6+1 and nothing but a yolk sac. Convinced myself it was going to be anembryonic but at 7+1 scan there was embryo and heartbeat. Sonographer says sac is measuring 6 weeks and embryo is 3mm. But I’m really sure of my ovulation dates (was testing and can feel it) and had BFP at 12dpo on clearblue digi. What’s happening? I’m on clexane, progesterone and aspirin since I found out at 3+4. Next scan is at 12 weeks. Confused and worried about the size of baby. Any thoughts anyone? Is 3mm ok for 6 weeks let alone 7+1?
Thanks all. X

I know its hard but just take a deep breath and try to relax. the same thing happened to me and the doctor said it can be as simple as measurements being off on the ultrasound. At my next appointment everything meaused spot on.
