4th pregnancy - concealing tips for summer weather??

4th pregnancy, no idea how far along. 4-7 weeks is my best guess. Have to wait until mid July to be seen! (They won’t schedule me earlier.) This pic is from the morning so not even all day bloat yet ???? I basically look like this all the time. Need tips for summer weather concealing! I usually have a pretty flat stomach (in clothes anyway ????), so this will be very obvious to many. HELP!!

I'm fat and look pregnant half the time anyway lol. I wear long flowing maxi dresses in the summer time. They are comfortable and show my belly a little less!
