Leaking before bfp?

Anyone have any breast milk leakage before bfp? I took a test at 7dpo/8dpo (I know too early) and was negative. I had gotten early positives with my first two, so I figured I would try. I’m now aboutttt 10 dpo and haven’t tested again yet because I ordered tests and they should be here tomorrow. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I haven’t breastfed in over 3 years. My boobs hurt and feel “full”, I’ve been cramping a lot today. My period isn’t supposed to come for another 2-3 days. Anyone?
