Ovulation 5 days before expected period

My last cycle was 47 days long and Im not sure when I ovulated as I decided to take a step back from opks. I usually have a very regular 28 day cycle so this was unusual for me. But because my last cycle was 47 days long I got the opks back out this month only to find that I ovulated 5 days before my expected period (if going on my regular 28 day cycle). My period would be due today and I ovulated 5 days ago. My partner and I only bd on ovulation day as he has been working away. Am I out this month as cycle is so off? And does anyone no when I should expect my af after ovulating so late? If I have not conceived would my period have come today? Anyone been through this? Any advice opinions welcome? Thanks for reading x
