I've had this symptom and not being pregnant. This cycle was a and the only symptom was sore boobs. I've had every other symptom every other month and they were all BFNs. Symptom spotting is so unreliable, but that doesn't stop us from driving ourselves crazy with it.

You wouldn't have any pregnancy symptoms at this point as you won't yet have implanted
