Am I still in the game this cycle?

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate some reassurance or a dose of reality.

12th March period (first one in 23 months as still breastfeeding responsively)

22nd March coil removal

12th April Ovulation and did the deed

21st April cramping so much I had to use a hot water bottle ?implantation

Since then I've had various 'signs' of pregnancy. Emotional, reflux, great skin etc. No period. More than anything I just overwhelmingly FEEL pregnant (TTCing my 3rd baby). I'm instinctively guarding my lower abdomen when my kids are climbing on me. Today at 13 DPO I had a BFN in the clear blue early test which is the most sensitive 10mIU one. Surely it would have picked up something at 4 days Post implantation?
I'm also having left iliac fossa twinges and fullness today so worried about ectopics. Must wondering if anyone has had a false neg this late??
