Ovulation test as early pregnancy test

Had positive opk on 4/20 then negative on 4/24 had odd feelings so knowing it’s too soon for a pregnancy test I used an opk to see if it picked up anything. Please I’d love any insight on this.

Curious about this as well. Same thing over here. I'm 7/8 DPO, And have gotten negative OPK until today. Still not a positive but much darker. So I'm curious if the test is detecting a surge in estrogen due to implantation. Fx. Keep me posted
