First IUI..frozen sperm

Hi everyone, so I am about to begin my very first IUI cycle... My husband is a full-time truck driver. So we have been having a hard time getting his home time scheduled around my ovulation... We decided to freeze his sperm to use for the IUI but today the doctor called and said his count was completely normal and healthy before the freeze but when they did the sample thaw to make sure that the count was still good after the freeze that the motility was only at 3%... this is my very first IUI so I have no idea what to expect but now I am really nervous because they pretty much told me that there was no way I was going to get pregnant with his frozen sample being at only 3% has anybody else had anything similar?
