29 day cycle ovulation on cd19

Today is CD30 for me. I average 29 days. This cycle I ovulated on CD18 and my luteal phase has been 11 days faithful since i started tracking 6 months ago, today my cycle is 1 day late (12 DPO) and i have slight cramping and light spotting (only on tissue) with a small pink spot floating in the toliet. Do y’all think it’s AF or maybe late implantation?

It could be either tbh! If I were you and AF still be late, I would take hpt. At this point it should be blazing positive if you’re pregnant! Good luck!

The spotting completely went away last night and is back this morning, but my temp dropped even lower. I dont know what is going on. My cycle normally comes with a vengeance
