4-5 weeks into pregnancy, shortness of breath
Is it normal to experience shortness of breath so early in the pregnancy? Along cramps and lumbar pain (no bleeding), i feel i don t have enough air to breath from time to time ..and this panicks me, it s like i have something in my chest that doesn t allow me to take enough air .... should i be concerned????? I am already...

Thank you so much for your kind response! It is my first pregnancy and everything is so scary.... i am also scared cause i have these menstrual-like cramps and today i had in the morning a small spot With very light brown colour... now i don t have anymore... but everything small like this scares me....thank you again!
