I have been having this for 4-5 days now. once or twice a day no idea why or what it means

Its puzzling. Didn't last long but makes it feel like I cant sit still. Only last about 2-3 seconds only 1 time.

I had this recently, I was hopeful it was a BFP in the making. But it wasn't.

Hopefully yours turns into something though!

Do you suffer from endometriosis or PCOS? This isn't a completely unusual symptom!

No do not suffer from either. Took 2 tests tonight, looks like bfp! Just scared to believe it...??

Mommy don't be scared! If you can, re-test in the morning with FMU and see if the line is darker, if it is, go to the GP and ask for bloods!

I had that stabbing pain on my right side before testing positive with nr1, had it wednesday on the left and seems like I am pregnant again. Like you I first want to skip my period before I get really happy! Good luck mamma!!!
