Why doesnt anything on this site work? There seems to be adds uploading and taking all the space but yet it wont let me upload a picture? Are there no moderators on here?? This is a joke site.

I can't upload any pictures on my phone but when I log in from my Ipad, it works. Not sure why I can't now but was able to before.
