Tubes Tied

Anyone have there tubes tied and gotten PG? LO is 14 months old. I’m having so much nausea, constant hunger and frequent Urination. I recently had my monthly but it was only spotting. I’ve had 2 test done, 1st one was negative within the 5-10 min time frame came back and checked around night time to throw it out and it had a positive line on there but faint. Next morning I took another one and it was Very faint and positive. Any advice?
