I just had to come share the good laugh I got this morning. My daughter was crawling on our bed and reached my nightstand, grabbing the bbt thermometer and my husband starts screaming, “nooooooo, no, no that’s mommy’s vagina thermometer!” I am dead...this guy literally thinks I have been taking the temperature of my vagina every morning

@jl haha inalways debate temping vaginslly but I know in my sleep daze I’d mess up and go oral instead haha!

Oh my goodness I needed that laugh!! ???????? That’s hilarious! I temp orally as well.
Today has not been a fun day. I think I have an ovarian cysts. My temps keep getting higher and even more so than they usually are at 3-4 days dpo and my right ovary is in sooooo much pain. I’ve been doubled over most of the day. Being a woman is so much fun!

Oral is easier for me, but If I was gonna temp vaginally I definitely wouldn’t be leaving the thermometer out for my DD to reach ????. Especially since I usually roll back over and don’t wash it until I actually get up for the day.

@momma I am so sorry! Cysts are awful. I have to go back in 4 weeks for another ultrasound to see if mine are gone. I hope your pain goes away quickly!

Thank you JL! I hope so, too. I woke up this morning praying the pain would be gone, but it still isn’t. Just pushing through this day hoping it either bursts or dissolves soon!

I’m CD 14 usually ovulate CD16 but think
I’m ovulating today by cm. Hopefully this is our month be yesterday and today. Afraid as I’m not getting any younger.

Been TTC for now 6 months, going to start temping. Do you guys count spotting as the day your period starts or when it’s enough to fill a pad/tampon? Fingers crossed for everyone i hope we all get our BFP’s this month.

@keke CD1 is the first day of full flow. I usually spot for at least one day before af starts. And if she starts in the afternoon/evening, you should count the following day as CD1. Good luck!!!

Does anyone else have any updates this cycle? I’ve been so busy this weekend with housework despite my suspected ovarian cyst. I woke up with the same pain as yesterday, but it was gone by 10am. Now I just get waves of AF type cramps that make me feel like I’m going to vomit. I’m about 4 dpo today. Wish I knew what was going on.
