One day change in temp?
I I've been doin the whole checking my temp daily. I was supposed to ovulate on the 23rd, but had symptoms on the 19th...
It's been between 98.1-98.8 until yesterday. It was 97.4. what could that be? I was also spotting yesterday and a little today... But I took a test and it looks negative. Advise please!

A drop in bbt at the end of your cycle is an indicator that af is on her way. The spotting indicates the same as well. For me, my temp drops the same day or the day after af arrives. If you haven't checked out fertilityfriend.com, I recommend you to do that. They have a lot of information about bbt.
