Negative Ovulation tests

Has anyone found they don't get possible ovulation tests ? This is my 2nd month testing and have ovulation symptoms as in I have a slightly higher temp and cervical fluid around my estimated ovulation date but I don't get a positive on tests I've tried several different brands and get a very very faint line but it never darkens. I've tried testing first thing, around 2pm and 5pm but with no luck.

I guess I'm asking if it's possible I could be not ovulating? My periods are every 27 days and last 7 dats, they're heavy but always have been. Any advice/help greatfully received
