@Momma ok so I just checked over my RHR data, I seem to follow a pretty consistent line of between 44 and 48 but every CD1 I've looked at is 68bpm which for me, is high! How strange, so maybe if I looked into it in more detail I could probably see ovulation but I can DEFFO. see AF arrive!

Women’s bodies are so amazing. Never would have thought bbt and rhr had a correlation with our reproductive system. It’s pretty neat.
My bbt is still flat today, so I’m thinking I’m out this month. I took a cheap test today and it was negative. I know it’s still early, but my bbt not steadily rising is a pretty good indicator for me.

@Momma hopefully its just a blip and you get that BBT rise soon! My BBT weirdly has evened out over the last 3 days, all apps are predicting O either Wed or Thur so im just carrying on with my OPKs which are FINALLY getting darker, so here's hoping for a Wed O day as we managed to BD Fri/Sat/Sun and now he's 300 miles away again. Ahh the joys!

So I I did get af..im.here cycle day 3 doing bloodwork and ultrasound. I may do times intercourse with meds this time and iui again this month..I'm literally trying to decide as I type at the fertility doc..I was so hurt iui didnt work this time

@shanta Keep your head up! Don’t give up. I’m sure it’s really hard, because the success rate is so high. I can’t imagine how disappointed you’ve been feeling.

@momma- don’t worry about that BFN on the cheap test- you are still so early. Hoping you get your BFP this week

@AMF thank you. I do too. Honestly, I was kinda neutral about it this month. I think it’s the winter blues getting to me. But I started feeling yesterday like “if it happens, great. If not, won’t have to worry about morning sickness while traveling to see family in april”. But I accidentally left the test sitting out when I went to work this morning, and my SO text me a little too excited wondering why I was taking a test. So now I’m more hopeful for a BfP again, because he would just be all too happy and overwhelmed with excitement.
