Hey guys yesterday night i was sleeping and i felt warm or i would say hot flashes on my lower abdomen.What you think it would be? my mind have so many questions about it?.

@beck Do you think you O’ed early? Do you have any other fertile signs?

Good morning ladies. I have a question for you who temp. The day before ovulation, my temp was 96.58. The day of ovulation, it rose to 97.14. I'm now 5 dpo, and my temp is only 97.47. I feel like that's not high enough. Am I being paranoid? Or is this a real concern? Thanks.

@kelly From my experience with temping, O day is the low point before a rise. Are you sure you didn’t O the day it was 96.58? And as long as the temp doesn’t drop below your coverline, it’s high enough. 97.4 is still showing sufficient progesterone for your LP.

@Momma I had a negative test in the AM of the 96.58 day, but a positive one that evening. I had cramping on the day of the 97.14 and the day after.

It's a no seems like..doc said test again 2morrow..I probably won't..1 or 2 more rounds of IUI then I think I'm done

@kelly I forgot you use OPKs. Your 97.4 should be ok, though. Mine was 97.6 this morning at 5dpo. So we aren’t far off!

@Momma deffo won't have O'd yet, only just come off AF, I think maybe since I'm breastfeeding and drink like a fish that its too diluted :( still doing BBT which is on the rise, we'll see! No fertile CM yet but high and closed so getting ready for it!

i think the progesterone is holding off period. She said stop that as well and see if it shows up. I am so tired of being disappointed

@shanta Four years ago when I was on progesterone, it delayed my period as well. Sorry it didn’t take this time. That’s got to be hard on you and your SO.
@beck Breastfeeding throws everything off! Lol. Hopefully you will O very soon then.
