First Fertility Appointment!!

Okay ladies so my DH and I had our first appointment at the fertility specialist today and I think we are on the road to getting some answers. She did a vaginal ultrasound of my uterus and from what she could see she didnt see any sign of ovulation this past cycle which I have mixed emotions about. I'm sad because I know that I'm probably not pregnant this month but at the same time happy that this could be the answer. Maybe I'm not ovulating?! This could be an easy fix tho. They could put me on medication to help me start ovulating again. For once I have hope that everything is going to be okay. And even tho it might not be this month it will happen for us!! Next step is blood work, hysteroscopy, HSG and my husband has to give a sperm sample but hopefully in the next two weeks or so we will have some concrete answers.
