Am I pregnant?

Hello, I am at a loss, I have not been tracking my monthly cycle. I know that It is possible that might be pregnant. I have no ideas what DPO I am but I had spotting for 2 days, very abnormal for me. It was light, and the color was brown...implantation? Also, I have been feeling as though I am pregnant. I have had several symptoms, but could be related to menstruation. Headaches, cramps-pulling pinching, exhaustion, gas, frequent urination. I know that I should be expecting my period to show up and that's what I thought the spotting was but it just stopped. The spotting was 3 days ago, and still no period. Also, I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and they both were negative. Please share your thoughts
