Question

Chart and OPK confusion

Hello, I have been not preventing pregnancy for 3 years. About 6 months ago I decided that something was wrong because although not trying, I wasn't preventing and I still hadn't gotten pregnant. I now have a reproductive specialist and endocrinologist and as soon as I start my next cycle I will have blood work done and an SIS test and go from there. I have had issues in the past getting pregnant and staying pregnant, but I would still get pregnant would just miscarry the baby. I had a large colony of uterine polyps and they were preventing my body from keeping a pregnancy. That was in 2014, they were removed and I immediately got pregnant with twins naturally. I lost one, but I now have a healthy 3 year old! I have been tracking my cycles and doing BBT for about 3 months now, and my cycles aren't terribly inconsistent, but they aren't every x number of days for x number of days, I don't ovulate on the same day, and my luteal phase is different. I use Fertility Friend app on my phone and this website to see if the information is the same. So far they have been.

SO that leads me to my questions. I used OPK's this month. Got a + CD 16, - CD17, +CD18, - CD19, + CD 20 through CD 24. Both this site and my app said I ovulated on CD 17. Which would put me at 14 days past ovulation. I had a negative HPT this morning (I figured I would) but my temp is still high, 98.34, my normal CD 1 temp is 97.34 or below.

Has anyone experienced + OPK's on and off for that long (9 days) if so why? I have hyperovulated in the past and my temps show a possible second ovulation. If I don't start today or tomorrow I will change my ovulation date to the next possible time (CD 24 or 6 DPO) because my temps support it. Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this? What did it mean? I would love another baby, but also do not plan on spending a lot of time and money on conceiving. I have 3 beautiful children I will cherish. I would love to know if there is something wrong with me though! Anyway, hope my post doesn't offend anyone. I know it is like not being able to get pregnant.

Good luck to everyone and baby dust sent!
