6DPO I hate the TWW

So as I edge closer to the end of my TWW, my resolve to test diminishes!

Last month my AF finally turned up on 18DPO. I am pretty sure I had a chemical pregnancy as I have vvvf positives then negatives and the very late cycle (5 days late). Then this cycle I got a positive OPK on CD9! Completely unheard of for me in all my years of testing. I did a little bit of research and it is common to ovulate early after a chemical or miscarriage - which is why I'm pretty confident that is what I had. Plus I definitely had strong pregnancy symptoms for a few days when I got my positive tests (nausea and head rushes).

So anyway here I am with all my fingers crossed for this cycle. We have BD'd at all the right times following SMEP. On paper it looks good but we all know that it is just luck that we get the sticky bean.

I'm hoping to hold out until next Monday (another 7 days) before testing UNLESS I get very strong symptoms again, then I may crack open one of my saved tests in the cupboard!

Right I've decided I'm not testing again on FRER until Friday morning but might do another cheapie in the morning xx

So I've been so ill this week too - tickly cough but today my throat has been so sore it feels like it's on fire. I read that's a symptom but didn't understand why. Apparently it's because in early pregnancy your immune system lowers slightly so you don't reject the baby. So I'm now holding on to this symptom and crossing my fingers! xxx

hey Girl! Any update? I'm a bit behind ya'll. I'm only 6dpo today so I'll try hold off testing until Monday at the very earliest but I'll try push to next Thursday/Friday if I can manage it :P

Hey @ELG! Well I'm very sick and can't decide if temp spike is related to that But getting stark while cheapies today 10DPO. Good luck with testing on Monday! xxx

So I visited the doctor today and I have the flu So the flu jab I had before Christmas was a complete waste of time! Anyway I'm pleased my hpts have been negative as I'm now totally dosed up on night nurse and tickly cough syrup . Let's see how it affects my temps tomorrow. Not peeing in a cup until at least Monday!

Oh no! Sorry to hear that. I got the flu last year....and was told the flu shot takes a least 30 days to take effect.

Hope you still get that bfp come Monday!

@espence thank you xx Well update - I started spotting just on the tissue this afternoon so I think I'm out despite the triphasic bbt shift. xx

Well I always go with the your not out till af is fully here!
But I saw on the other post about your mini moon and dates .... so maybe that's you sign for next cycle!
