Positive HPT, positive blood, now negative hpt

Long story. I had kidney stone surgery last Thursday so on Wednesday I took a HPT. It was positive I thought so I got a blood draw to be sure. Hcg was only 4. Went ahead with the surgery. Bright positives on HPT Friday. Blood draw hcg was 10. Saturday morning the FRER seemed faint so I took.a digital which was positive. Saturday evening FRER negative. Digital negative. Today FR positive but faint and digital negative. Assuming I’m miscarrying, right? I’ve had many losses (more than 12) but they never presented like this. They were either later in pregnancy or more black and white. Any others have this ?
