I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I don't have PCOS, but I get ovarian cysts that I'm told can impact my fertility.

I started taking Inosital 4g a day after my doctor recommended it. It is recommended for PCOS, but she thought it would help me. My periods got regular right away and within three months I was pregnant. It helps regulate ovulation and better quality eggs. I did lose my pregnancy around 6 weeks, but most likely it is due to my adenomyosis which doubles the risk of loss.

Thanks for your help. I believe today i am 11dpo and DTD the day before ovulation. I have been trying my hardest not to symptom spot but yesterday was too hard to ignore, i was incredibly tired even after a mid afternoon nap, lower back pain was quite noticeable and my abdomen felt quite hard and full. I took a HPT two days ago which was negative but will keep waiting.

I have PCOS and take metformin. I also have Hashimoto which wrecked my hormones. Metformin has been helping and after 4y i was able to conceive. I now have a baby boy and im ttc#2. Clomid can help ovulate too if you have issues ovulating like me. But only Drs. Can prescribe it.
