Day 7 DPO

Has anyone ever had a heavy feeling in their uterus on day DPO 7??
Towards the end of day at work I started feeling nauseated then I ate dinner a little later.
I went to stand up and my stomach is super sore on the inside.
Like I've just finished doing a bunch of sit ups. I've never felt anything like this before and we are on our fourth IUI.
