Help me please!

I’m currently on cd 34. My normal is 27-28 days so I’m a week late today. I keep testing negative. On Monday I wiped after going potty and the TP was a very light pink so it was very mild spotting. Yesterday I had the same thing multiple times and eventually had a bout of cramps and at about midnight last night I wiped and the TP was bright red so I assumed it was AF finally. Then today? Nothing. No blood. This is so unusual for me! My body doesn’t normally do this start stop thing. AF for me is typically at least 4 consecutive days of heavy bleeding. Is it possible I am and yesterday was implantation? Someone give me advice because I’m ripping my hair out. Should I see a doctor? What do I do?
