Negative pregnancy tests but no period
So this is our first month trying, and I need some advice...
I ovulated on cycle day 17 (doctor did an ultrasound to confirm, I also did ovulation tests, so I'm pretty sure about the day)
I was also prescribed progesterone, because right before ovulation my uterine lining wasn't perfect. Doctor said that I should take the progesterone after ovulation for 10 days. In case I get pregnant, it will help implantation, if not, my period will come a few days after stopping it.
So I took the progesterone as they said, stopped it on last Tuesday, so this is the 6th day after and still no period. At the same time I'm 14 DPO, and all my tests are negative as well, so it seems I'm not pregnant.
I just don't understand, and need some insight.... 14 DPO and negative tests, 6 days after stopping progesterone but no cycle....Is it normal? Which is more likely to happen, a very late positive, or the progesterone needs so much time to induce period? Should I just give it a few more days, or call my doctor?
Thanks in advance for any advice, also English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes....
