Strong Bubbles around left ovary all day!?

8dpo and I've had a really weird sensations of very strong bubbles in a static area of my lower left abdomen all day. Not at all painful and not moving around at all. Almost as if a tiny footballer is playing keepy uppy with my ovary!? I'm not windy or in any pain and it the same sitting, walking and laying down ..... Anyone else had this?
