Chocolates cravings are out of control
Hello everyone,
so we are back from our trip. It went very well. But I could not opk as much and keep up with my diet and now i am getting frustrated, not only because idk if i have ovulated yet or going to and also because i have been overeating and gaining back weight. for the past 4 months, I have been following the keto diet but not strictly and have managed to keep my carbs and sugar intake to the lowest, but for the past 10 days , I have been craving sweets especially chocolate like crazy. It does not help that my husband loves them and is always buying them, but my resolution has been to the lowest. I gained back already 4pounds and i can feel my acne coming back and my depression as well. the keto diet is basically about eating more fat, more protein and less carbs while keeping it under a certain amount of calories. I need to go back to tracking with my fitness pal and to get back on track. My mind set needs to get better even though I mostly always get this way around the holidays starting around Halloween until up to the New Year. One of the things that I am going back to this week will be more meditation and yoga. That should help me get back on track at least mentally. CD 17 today I believe.
