Not sure if I'm pregnant or not

I am 17 months post partrum, I got the nexaplanon soon after my baby was born, I had it took out a month ago, not had a period in over two years. I did a test the other day because I have been feeling off, been having cramps, backache, pinching pains in my right side. I think I did ovulate 2 weeks ago due to cm ect. I did a pregnancy test the other day which I posted about, had a strong pink first line and then it dissapeared after a few minutes. Today I took a test and it was the faintest line ever! So I am not sure what to think. Is it possible that I am pregnant and there just isn't enough HGG in my system or just take it as a negative? I will retest in the morning just wondering if anyone has any experience of this? The picture I put up of my test was voted as a positive. Thanks, sorry for the long post.
