Spotting one day before expected period

I've had cramps on and off since Saturday and today was the first day where I feel great. Went for a long walk and when I came back there was one drop of blood in my cup. Nothing more. No period. Could this be a late implantation bleed?

Have you taken a pregnancy test? I had spotting before AF and it actually turned out to be AF. Some women however get their BFP and bleed a little when AF is expected to come.

It might be a very light bfp. If it was implantation bleed it might take a few days...

It sounds like it was very little and not really a bleed so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and hope that this is the start of your bfp. Test again tomorrow
