Lower back pain?
I do get a small amount of back pain before AF. However this is a lot. I almost need tylonal. I'm 10 dpo and this morning I had some sharp twinges/ pinches this morning in my uterus. Since then my lower back has been throbbing on and off. I tested bfn this morning. Opinions? Did any one have something similar?
