Has anyone ever had a faint line on clearblue diamond shape pg test?

Hi everyone, i am 8 daya late for my period have cramps sore boobs and ewcm sometimes clear and some times cloudy. (Sorry) lower back ache and also every morning when i wake up i have these weird cramps like Af is coming on but its not. I have tested with a clear blue fast and easy the cross got a faint cross instantly and it stayed like that off course when it dried up it was more visible. But i could spot it straight away is this a positive result? Has any one tested and experienced the same and actually been pregnant? I really would like to hear it thanks. Also i have seen my gp today told him my symptoms and also about the test and he straight away said you are pregnant. But hearing these rumours about the blue dye im not trusting it could some one please help?
