AF cramps. Am I out??

Last cycle, exactly one week before AF was due, I had cramps leading up to AF. I thought it was too early for me to experience cramps and was excited that it could be implantation but AF arrived sadly.

This cycle, again right now, I have EXACTLY the same type of cramps as the previous cycle. In the past, I guess I never really noticed the type of pain I felt before right AF since I wasn't TTC. now, I feel that because this cramps i am feeling now is exactly the same as last month, these AF-like cramps means I am out.
