Missed twin??

Had my first US today at 6w4d. The doc honed in on the black circle to the right but that’s it. I swear I see what looks like two there! I asked if there was only one and she said “I think so but it’s hard to tell at this point”. She did prescribe me an extra follic acid pill and scheduled another US in two weeks. What y’all think?! Do u see what I see?!

That looks like an ovary to me. Is there any writing on the screen?

No writing on screen. That pic was taken when she was doin the us on my stomach. My ovaries are usually very hard to find, but idk. Thanks for helpin me try to figure this out.
