Am i pregnant

I took a pregnancy test the last week my cervix is very plump today its back down to felling like the tip of my nose. But my first test was negative. I took a second fmu. It ran through got control line i watch at the 3 minute mark my positive very bold showed up. Then moved up the strip and dissapeared

I would try another test, maybe a different brand. That one looks negative to me, but I'm no expert.

I might barley see a line/shadow ? But I’m def one of those that can see a line somehow on anything
I would wait a day or two and retest with diff test like Katie suggested.
