Can implantation bleeding be heavy?

Started bleeding two days ago.. has been pretty heavy but now it has completely stopped. Usually my periods last 5-6 days. No cramps or pain associated with the bleeding either.

Hi, generally no it shouldn’t be heavy just more like spotting for a day or to but everyone is different, I myself had bleeding for 2 weeks only light tho never heavy It was pregnant with triplets( mc at 10 weeks)

If it’s more than spotting most likely you just had a very short period or a chemical pregnancy. I’ve had plenty short and sweet periods (scary as all get-out. NOT a blessing like others believe) so I know the mixed feelings.
