Overwhelmed!! Depo questions..?

Okay so I got one round of depo in October of 2017. I did not go back for my shot in January. I recently bought opks just for fun, and to try to catch my cycle coming back before I was visited by AF. I got a positive opk on the 14th of June at 6:30 pm. Then again on the 15th of June at 6:30 pm. I BD at like 1 or 2 in the morning on the 15th. It’s now the 1st of July, making me 16-15 dpo. Could my body not have actually ovulated..? I did spot on the 17th. And had cramps (mild) on the 21st. Also, is there a chance I could still get a positive..? And no. I don’t temp but I plan on doing so. It will just be hard to track my temps without a cycle to input into an app.
