Ok y’all I need help!!! Pregnancy test related! Pic in comments and post

I had a chemical about a month and a half ago well me and so haven’t really been preventing so does this look positive according to my calendar I’m only 7dpo but I have short cycles and don’t know when I would of ovulated took the test thinking it would be negative which it could be but any input would ease my mind!!!!

Could be positive and just too early to see without tweaking as you've done. I'd definitely be hopeful though.
