Starting Femera 5mg today! Any success stories?

Hi ladies,
After TTC #2 naturally for about a year, we started IVF. I am 40 and have low egg count. Did injections and only got 5 eggs, 1 fertilized, so we did a day 3 FT, but it didn’t stick
Our insurance is changing so we have to take a brake from injections, so my doctor put me on 5mg of Femara day 4 to 8. I have no other issues besides low egg count and my age. I have very regular cycles and ovulate on my own. He already told me when to start baby dance and I’m going on for ultrasounds throughout my fertile days.
What do you think my chances are???
Any success stories of ladies with a similar situation to mine??
