If we hadn’t conceived my last cycle I was going to try Vitex since I too am nursing. Never have used it before but was worried about my luteal phase while BF. We always detox prior to conceiving and for us that’s low carbs, no sugar, fermented foods, soups, no eating out, processed foods, etc. others probably find it nuts but with that coffee enemas and supplements. Funny because my bro and his wife were put on a low carb diet prior to doing IVF and while pregnant so there must be something said for it. You asked so there it is, lol. I took baby asprin, maca, and vit b complex which are good for lining and progesterone. Chemicsls fertilize but implantation isnt complete so lining may be an issue. I am not a dr, so please search for yourself. Maybe look into them and see if you think they are right for you. Good luck to you.
