Question

When to count dpo from??

Hi there, do you count dpo from the day you received a positive OPK or from day after?? This waiting to test is driving me crazy!!

The day you get a positive opk means egg will release in 12-36 hours. So if you don’t temp it’s hard to say when Ovulation happened. As it can be 1,2,3 days after positive opk. Then O day would be day zero and after would be day 1. Hope that helps

If ur not temping then there's no way to really confirm when/if u O'd. That said, avg O falls the day after the first positive opk, making the day after that 1dpo. So if ur positive was on a Tuesday, u would O (average) on Wednesday, making Thursday 1dpo. That's just the avg timeframe tho, u can O before this, days after, not at all, or without ever having a positive opk. U really should consider bbt for next cycle (if u don't get ur bfp), it'll eliminate all the guesswork for ya.
